Who we are
A reseller, a systems integrator and a specialist — usually all three at once
When your roof leaks you call a roofer, not a shop that sells tiles. Surveillance works the same way. You want a partner who understands what you are trying to achieve, who grows with you, and who fixes things instead of referring you elsewhere.
That is what we do. We sell the licences, we build the servers, we run the cable, we migrate the cameras and we pick up the phone when something stops working — even on systems we did not supply.

A single licence
Need just one? Then you buy one. No minimum order. We activate it and explain what you need to know about moving it later.
A server, ready to run
We build it, install Nx Witness, configure the storage and test it before it ships. You slide it into the rack and it works. We ship across Europe.
Cameras
We supply cameras where you need them — but first we check whether the ones you already have can stay. Usually they can.
Installation and cabling
In the Netherlands and the immediate border region we do the physical work too: cabling, mounting, network. One party for the whole job.
Remote configuration
Anywhere in Europe. Storage policy, permissions, rules and alerts set up properly, without anyone having to fly out.
Taking over an existing system
Bought elsewhere and your supplier has gone quiet? We take it over: management, maintenance, expansion and licences. You do not start again.
The commercial point
You pay per camera, not per server
This is where the conversation usually turns. One licence is one recording channel — one camera. Those licences belong to the system, not to a particular server, and they are shared across every server in it.
Run out of processing power or disk space? Add a server and your existing licences simply keep working. An extra server costs no extra server licence. With a stack of standalone recorders you pay for every box again. How that works in detail is on the licences page.

If you already run a system
Still on v5.1 or older?
Network Optix has announced that from 1 January 2027 Nx Cloud connectivity and cloud-dependent services will no longer maintain backward compatibility with systems running v5.1 and earlier. Those systems may lose their cloud connection and features at any point after that date. Support for v5 ends on the same date.
The good news: upgrading from v5 Pro to Gen 6 Pro is free and happens in the client. Your licence model stays the same, and you gain 256 cameras per server instead of 128.
What we do: check first whether all your cameras, plug-ins and integrations will carry over, then schedule the upgrade outside office hours so recording does not stop. Not sure which version you are on? Send us a screenshot.

What people ask us
Can I buy a single Nx Witness licence from you?
Yes. There is no minimum order and you do not need to buy a project. One licence equals one recording channel, which is one camera. We activate it and explain how it works.
Does an extra server require extra licences?
No. You pay per camera, not per server. Activated licences belong to the system and are shared across all servers in it; the total is simply the sum. Add a server and your licences keep working.
This is the biggest cost difference compared with a stack of standalone recorders.
What is the difference between Professional and Enterprise?
Professional is a perpetual licence: buy once, lifetime updates included, no recurring cost. Enterprise is a monthly, usage-based subscription with central management across multiple Sites, cameras on a map and AI analytics at the edge.
We advise Professional for a defined, stable system and Enterprise for many sites or where you would rather scale than invest.
Will my existing cameras work?
Almost certainly. Nx Witness works with roughly 99% of IP cameras on the market. ONVIF Profile S devices are discovered automatically; if a camera cannot do that but provides an RTSP or HTTP stream, we add it manually and viewing and recording work as normal.

Do you deliver outside the Netherlands?
We ship licences, pre-configured servers and cameras across Europe, and we configure and support remotely. Physical installation and cabling we do in the Netherlands and the immediate border region; further afield we work alongside your local party and take on the technical side.
Can you take over a system bought elsewhere?
Yes, we do that regularly. We review the system, check the licences, put the documentation in order and then take over management, maintenance and expansion. Nothing needs replacing and you do not start again.
