Nx Witness for installers and integrators
You install and maintain camera systems for your own customers, and you need Nx Witness licences, a second opinion on a migration or someone who picks up when a system misbehaves. We supply licences to installers and integrators at reseller prices, by email and wherever you work. nxwitness.nl is the Nx Witness practice of CameraInstallatie.nl, a Dutch security integrator working since 1999 and a partner of Network Optix.

Can installers buy Nx Witness licences from you at reseller prices?
Yes. Installers, integrators and IT partners get a reseller discount on Nx Witness licences. Send us a request with the number of licences and your company details, and you receive a personal quote with your discount within one working day. After payment the licence codes come by email, so you can activate them on your customer’s system straight away.
The online shop price of €137.49 per camera is our price for end users. Your reseller price is in the quote, because we set it per partner and per order.

Licences for your customers
Professional recording licences at reseller prices, for a new system or to add cameras to an existing one. The codes arrive by email after payment, wherever your customer is.
Migrations
Moving a customer from standalone recorders or another VMS to Nx Witness. We think along on the server sizing, the order of work and what to check before you switch, and we can do the server installation remotely.
A second line behind you
Network Optix runs its support through resellers. When a system of yours shows Storage Failure, cameras dropping off or a live view that pauses, we look at it with you over a remote session, in English, at €95 per hour excl. VAT.
Licence problems
Licences that became invalid after a hardware change, a trial that ran out, or more cameras than licences on a site. We read the licence list with you and tell you exactly what to order. See expiring licences.
How it works
How do you order as a reseller?
- Send a request. In the order form, choose the number of licences and tick “I am an installer or integrator”. Prefer to explain your project first? Use the form at the bottom of this page.
- Receive your personal quote. Within one working day, with your reseller discount on the licences.
- Accept and pay. You receive the invoice by email; within the EU the VAT is reverse charged with a valid VAT number, outside the EU no Dutch VAT is charged.
- Activate. The licence codes come by email after payment. Online or offline activation, and we help remotely if you want.
We only work with businesses. Licences are issued in the name of the company that orders them and cannot be cancelled or returned. See the licence terms.

Can I order licences for a customer in another country?
Yes. The codes are delivered by email and can be activated anywhere. The invoice goes to your company.
Do you also install on site?
In the Netherlands, yes, including cabling. Outside the Netherlands we work remotely: server installation, licence activation, cameras, users and rights.
Do you speak German or other languages?
We help in English and Dutch. Ordering is also possible on our German page.
