How to get a useful answer straight away
You do not need to prepare anything, we will work it out together. But if you have this to hand, we can often say on the phone what is possible and roughly what it costs.
- How many cameras you have now and whether more are coming.
- What is running now: standalone recorders, another video management system, or nothing yet.
- How far back you want to be able to look — two weeks, a month, longer.
- How many sites, and whether they need to be linked together.
- Who needs to be able to view, and whether that should run through your existing user directory.
